Answering FAQs About TopJump Trampoline & Extreme Arena

If you’ve never been to our Pigeon Forge attraction before, then you might be wondering what to expect when you arrive. We want to answer some FAQs, from booking in advance to height restrictions, activities for toddlers, what to wear, waivers, group rates, and more!

What are the height/weight restrictions? 

Jumpers may not exceed 285 pounds, and those under 42 inches must be watched by a parent or guardian. We separate jumpers by size and/or to ensure safety and may move jumpers to different areas of the park if necessary. We also offer a special toddler zone for those under 42 inches where no big kids are allowed. 

What is there to do at TopJump? 

In addition to our massive trampoline park, we have a 5,000-square-foot arcade, and next door is Toy Box mini golf! Other activities at Top Jump Trampoline & Extreme Area include:

• Clip and climb center
• Fire and ice ninja course
• Stunt tower
• Dodgeball and basketball
• And more!

Do you have to book in advance? 

While booking a reservation is not required, the trampoline park and other activity areas have limited capacity, so we highly recommend buying your tickets in advance, especially during peak seasons and holidays. When you buy TopJump tickets online, you get to pick the exact time slot; however, take note that all sales are final and tickets will not be refunded. 

Can I reserve a time for a group?

Absolutely! For groups of 10 or more, we offer group packages with special rates and include jump and climb time, arcade access, food, and more! Ideal for school and church groups, lock-ins, corporate events, and any type of private event, reach out to us today about booking a group event at TopJump! We also have a special birthday package that includes all the setup and clean up, party supplies, food, entertainment, a private party room, and more. 

Do I have to sign a waiver?

Every person who is jumping or climbing must have a signed waiver on file. Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian complete the waiver for them, and you can fill out an online waiver before you arrive if you want!

What kind of shoes should I wear? 

Rubber-bottomed socks are required for the trampoline area. If you don’t have your own, we provide TopJump socks available for purchase. Closed-toe and closed-heel shoes are required for the ninja course, and in the climbing areas, you can wear your rubber-bottomed socks or closed-toe and closed-heel shoes. 

Where can I put my belongings?

We provide small cubby spaces for you to put any jackets, cell phones or devices, purses, keys, etc. You can also choose to rent one of our secured lockers for a small fee. 

Are concessions available? 

Yes! Not only do we have an incredible candy store, Sugar Rush, on-site with wall-to-wall candy and sweets, but we also serve nachos, pizza, soft pretzels, drinks, and other snacks.
