Have you had some jobs in the past where you couldn’t work and have fun at the same time? Look no farther! We are looking for highly motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced work environment where they will be able to influence the direction of a new company. Below are our Leadership Principals.
Leaders are always focused on everyone’s safety. They have a relentless attitude when it comes to resolving safety concerns. They understand the customer is here to have fun, but they are more concerned that the customer leaves safe and happy.
Leaders obsess over customers. They work tirelessly to earn and keep customer trust. They understand the customers’ expectations, and they work to exceed those expectations. They have strong judgment and good instincts, and they work to resolve any issues the customer may have as quickly as possible.
Leaders are owners. They think long term and don’t sacrifice long-term value for short-term results. They act on behalf of the entire company, beyond just their own team. They never say “that’s not my job”.
Leaders bring a positive attitude to the work place. They leave any issues at the door and always focus on the customer or task at hand. They are always flexible to meet the customer and business needs.
Raising the Bar
Leaders never stop learning and always work to improve their skills. They also help others improve their knowledge and abilities. Their standards are exceptionally high—many people may think these standards are unreasonably high.
Leaders are focused on the team. They strive to help the team meet its goals, and they are focused on issues that affect the team. They are supportive of the whole team and everyone’s ideas.
Hire and Develop the Best
Leaders raise the performance bar with every hire and promotion. They recognize exceptional talent, and willingly move them throughout the organization. Leaders develop leaders and take seriously their role in coaching others. We work on behalf of our people to invent mechanisms for development like Career Choice.
Bias for Action
Leaders make quick, calculated, decisions. Speed matters to our customers. We shouldn’t keep our customer waiting for an answer. We value calculated decision-making.
Vocally Self Critical
Leaders do not believe their or their team’s body odor smells of perfume. Leaders come forward with problems or information, even when doing so is awkward or embarrassing. Leaders benchmark themselves and their teams against the best.
Leaders listen attentively, speak candidly, and treat others respectfully. They always keep their word and take responsibility for their actions, even when doing so may be awkward or embarrassing.
Leaders know how to operate efficiently and effectively. Leaders are able to delegate when necessary and take on ownership when needed. A good leader will not try to be hands on for every task, but will get everything done through effective time management and team leadership.
Leaders do not avoid issues. They listen attentively and also seek to understand both sides of the story. A leader never ignores a problem and sweeps it under the rug.
